Guessing for what is Nastaniya?

The guessing game for What is Nastaniya doesn't seems to be over. I am keeping a track on various advertisements on FM 91.1 Radio City to check if they are going to declare somewhere today or tomorrow.
So far I am guessing and with me All other are guessing for the same.

While researching on internet, I found that Nastaniya or Nastania could be a name of a Girl. This is mainly used in Russia. But what it has to do with India or Ahmedabad.

Another possibility could be a new gaming zone, as indians and ahmedabadis are developing some gaming passion, there might be a good business plan to open some gaming zones with the name of Nastaniya or Nastania.

Whatever it is, but this seems to be a great idea of keeping people guessing on it.

I heard some great gossips on nastaniya today, someone in shahrukh voice is asking if its a Movie or Remake of Ra. One :-)

but he never reveals what is nastania all about.
